1. Core Privacy Promise Prismatik is designed with a "Privacy-First" philosophy. We believe your photography data belongs to you.

Local Processing: All image analysis, color extraction, and metadata reading are performed locally on your device using Apple's Vision and CoreML frameworks.
No Data Collection: We do not collect, store, or transmit your photos, personal information, or usage data to any external servers.

2. Permissions & Usage

Photo Library: Used strictly to allow you to select photos for analysis. We only access the specific photos you choose or the library metadata to generate local reports.
Camera: Used to scan QR codes for importing color profiles. No image data from the camera is recorded or saved.
Location: Used solely to calculate astronomical data (e.g., sunrise, sunset, golden hour) and display shooting spots on a local map. This data is processed in-memory and is never tracked.

3. Analytics & Third-Party

No Tracking: We do not use any third-party analytics SDKs (like Firebase or Mixpanel) or advertising networks.
Crash Reports: Anonymous crash reports may be sent to Apple (if you have opted-in via iOS settings), but these do not contain your personal data.
